Stefanos Tsitsipas has decided to retire from the ATP Finals in Turin.

According to the Italian "Sky Sport", the Greek gave up due to an elbow injury, which he felt at the Masters in Paris.
There was a dilemma whether Tsitsipas would perform at all in the "Alpitour" hall, but he still decided to try.
In the first round of the "Green Group" against Andrei Rublev, he lost with 6: 4, 6: 4.
Instead of Tsitsipas, British Cameron Norrie will play, who arrived at the competition as the second reserve.
Therefore, Novak Djokovic will play against the British in the last match in the group on Friday.
